Matt joined OG真人官网 in 2023. Matt advises on OG真人官网 legal matters and plays an active role in OG真人官网’s and its portfolio companies’ investment transactions. Prior to joining OG真人官网, Matt worked as in-house counsel at an insurance services company and, prior to that, practiced for four years in the mergers & acquisitions group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. He received a B.Sc. (Hons.), JD and MBA from the University of Toronto.
